A highly awarded California business and real estate law firm is seeking an emerging associate attorney to join its esteemed team of attorneys.
We are searching for an individual with a strong academic background and experience with commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and / or other real estate and business transactions.
Associates work with our team of established attorneys on sophisticated business transactions while managing other client matters autonomously.
As a part of the Business Transactions practice group, you will take on significant responsibility throughout the transaction process and business life cycle, including counseling clients, drafting and reviewing complex commercial leases, and conducting research and due diligence.
